When we needed to have our roof replaced, a coworker recommended Metal Works and Improvements after they had their roof replaced with a metal roof. They said they were very pleased and how it saved on their electric bill. We weighed the option of metal vs. asphalt and it soon became very evident to us that there really was no comparison and that a metal roof was the wisest choice, and that we would never have to replace it down the road. We were so impressed by the energy efficiency, that we decided to not only do the roof, but to also replace the windows and the siding on our house. We knew this was quite an investment but felt it would be worth it in the long run. we can tell you that as soon as the metal roof was on, we could tell a difference in the temperature in the house. It no longer felt so oppressively hot even with the air conditioner running. We have been very impressed with Metal Works in that they kept us informed as the jobs have been done as to what will occur next. the workers were all very professional and respectful of us, our home, and our two small dogs. They worked around our schedules and a vacation we already had planned. If anyone were to ask who we would recommend if they needed a new roof, siding, or windows, we would say there really is only one choice and that would be Metal Works & Improvements!

I wanted to take a moment to send you a brief note of how delighted my wife and I are with our new roof.  Both the asphalt shingles and standing seam metal look fantastic, they add incredible curb appeal to our house.  In addition, your employees represent your company admirably, each of them displayed professionalism, worked hard, and when the work was complete the entire area was so clean you could not tell that an old roof was removed and a new roof installed.  The work was performed as scheduled, safely, and of the highest quality.  Everything met or exceeded our expectations, we could not be more pleased.  We will most definitely refer Metal Workds to anyone looking for a new roof.

We just wanted to write a quick note to let you know what a positive experience it was to work with both you as well as each of the employees of your company on the installation of our beautiful metal roof.    As we discussed from the beginning, it was a huge decision for us to consider changing from the shingle roof to a metal roof.   As you know, we are planning to live at this home forever which is a treasured family farm and wanted to continue to improve its beauty.   Your non-pressure approach (unlike your competition) and total professionalism helped guide us to the right decision.  

The communication in regards to the job start date, the delivery of materials, and the length of time to complete the job were on target.  This is not the “norm” for most contractors that we have experienced.  Also, the crew that completed the job came out everyday and even worked in the rain & major winds on some afternoons.  Also, a first experience for Jake and I, we even witnessed the crew waiting in their van hoping to work if it stopped raining.  Lots of dedication….

The finished product is beautiful and we couldn’t be more pleased!   Thanks again for your hard work, great attention to detail and quality product.  We wish you nothing but continued success in your business in the future.   You sure made our home look more beautiful!
